I started Rudy's on the May 12,1986. Originally the site was at the junction of Tanjung Bungah Road and Chee Seng Gardens. I pitched out a tent during rainy nights and bingo...serving char koay teow by the roadside. It soon became a favorite spot amongst the late night crowd. I figured lots were hungry in the wee hours of the morning, so I stayed open till 5.00am. We started about 6.00pm then.
